I am a new Notary Signing Agent. I was drawn to the profession by several factors. They include: the ability to control my own destiny based on work ethic and effort; the fit with my detail-oriented and organized work habits; the ability to set my own schedule; and last but not least, the importance of the role that Notaries play in protecting the public from fraud and/or errors during major transactions. My previous work experience was in the communications industry for a professional sports franchise. It required tremendous respect for the privacy of the public individuals that I worked with and advised, the ability to adjust to unexpected developments on the fly without panicking, and tolerance for working long hours and weekends/holidays, all of which I believe are qualities that bring value to my new role as an NSA.
