I am a Certified Signing Agent with NNA since 2019 and recently with Loan Signing System, ready to facilitate and witness the execution of any loan documents signing. II am Certified, Bonded, and Insured. I have completed and oversaw hundreds of loan applications and loan modifications. My previous role allowed me to work with Escrow/Title companies, lenders, realtors, homeowners, and first-time homebuyers. I am verse with the 1003 application, PCOR, Notice to Right to Cancel, and other documents.
