I am a notary for the state of Florida with over 16 years of experience in construction. As a former credit manager of a national plumbing supply house, I am well versed in mechanic liens, notice to owners, and lien releases among other filings. I've primarily operated in Central Florida. I retired 4 years ago from credit, and now work full-time in motor freight during the daytime.
