I am a Licensed Title Agent in the State of Florida and handle both Loan and Purchase closings daily. I can also assist with document retrieval and Title Searches. In addition to Purchase and Loan closings, i handle Modifications, Living Trust, Hospital or Nursing Home Signings, Notarization of Wills, Power of Attorney.
