As a mobile notary for the past 8 years I have closed over 425 loans all across the state of Florida. I have closed loans in all of the usual places, like kitchen tables and offices, but I have also done them standing up, outside, on front porches and even one time in a swing under a tree in the front yard. I feel it is best to make the client feel as comfortable as possible as they are signing their package. It is most important for me to be on time each and every time, that is why when a closing is two hours away I leave three hours ahead of time to make sure that an accident does not make me late if I have to detour or traffic comes to a halt. I also double check my work while they are signing and at the end of the closing to ensure that all signatures are correct.
