Although I have been a Notary for many years, Loan signing is new to me. I have received excellent training from Mark Wills and have meet all the qualifications for certification. I have also received my certification from the NNA and meet the back round check as well. The importance of being sure all signatures, dates and initials as well as making sure the borrower has a great signing experience has been emphasized in my training. I am also able to ensure the PCOR, Notice of Right to cancel, 1003 and all major documents are filled out completely and signed and dated properly. I am very aware the these docs must be returned promptly. I am, very much, looking forward to working with you. Note: I have 2 laser printers. One for letter, one for legal.
