I am a NNA Nationally Certified Loan signing agent, who is Commissioned as a Notary Public and Certified RON in the state of Florida. Specializing in HECM &HELOC signings. I am also TRID Certified. You can rest assured that I have the superior training and specialty skills that are a MUST to handle loan document signings for lenders, title companies or signing services. I also have a great deal of experience in Property Field Inspections as well. When assisting those ages 60 and over, patience, kindness, & clear communication is a MUST!
