Theortra (pronounced "thee-au-tra") Williams is a Central Florida native and has been a healthcare administrative professional since 2002. She is a member of the National Notary Association, has completed an in-depth background screening and is bonded and insured. More recently, she has added the title of Notary Signing Agent to her list of credentials.
