I am a notary with 6 years of experience, certified with NNA. I cover the majority of Manatee and Sarasota Florida counties. My main notary business is doing loan signings, which I very much enjoy doing. I have done over 500 closings over the last 6 years, as I am a Realtor also and do this part time. I take the time on every closing to carefully review all the docs beforehand and use stickers to note where everyone is to sign. The signers often remark how easy it makes it for them, plus we don't make mistakes or miss signatures. Having worked in corporate America for years, I have lots of experience dealing with different types of people and believe I portray a very professional appearance. I also do my best to put everyone at the closing at ease, as many of them have no idea what to expect. I have all of my notary supplies and documents in a rolling suitcase, which I believe also adds to my professional appearance and ensures I have everything I could possibly need at every closing.
