I have been a permanent resident in the State of Florida for over 30 years with the exception of living in Georgia from 2002-2009. I recently reactivated my FL Notary and received the Signing Agent certifications. I am bonded and insured with current FBI background check. I have worked in Real Estate and Construction for many years and hold both a Florida and Georgia RE licenses.
My fees are competitive to the market, I receive $100 for cash closings and $125 for lender closings.
For outside companies, I will charge a minimum fee of $100 if the closing is within 10 miles. Be advised that the minimum fee is subject to change based on the scope of the job and distance I need to travel.
