I've had extensive training on loan documents in various loan packages including but not limited to : Refinance, Seller & Buyer, Loan modification, First Application, HELOC and Reverse. I fully understand the importance of filling out 1003, Right to cancel and 4506T forms correctly and have noted the most common errors on those important documents.

I will always triple check my documents prior to sending back to title via FedEx or UPS, and in the occasional event I make a mistake I will be extremely prompt in correcting my errors to make sure there is ZERO delay in funding for your clients!
