I am an NNA and LSS certified Notary Signing Agent. I practice extreme attention to detail because I understand missed signatures, initials, stamps, and other incomplete forms can cause funding conditions. I do not leave things to chance and will ask questions if I need clarification. I know that the borrower’s or seller’s experience is paramount, and I am capable of walking them thorough the document signing process and helping them identify the information that is important to them. I believe that by the time documents get to me, it is my responsibility to ensure it is correct and complete and on the rare occasion there is a correction needed, I will make it immediately. I also believe that the documents are my responsibility until they are received and therefore, I complete scans and deliver them to the courier as soon as possible.
