I am a certified Notary Signing Agent with 3 years of experience as a notary and over 25 years as a licensed real estate agent from Washington DC to Tampa Bay. I am NNA certified, background screened, and trained as both a Loan Signing Agent (LSA) and a Remote Online Notary (RON). I recently completed my first official loan signing as a notary and bring the confidence and expertise that comes from handling several hundred closings over the years as a real estate agent.

My in-depth knowledge of the closing process allows me to provide a calm, professional experience for clients. I’m based in St. Petersburg and serve all of Pinellas County as well as the greater Tampa Bay area. I handle buyer and seller packages, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and general notary work, both in person and remotely.
