I'm a Notary Signing Agent with over 15 years of experience and hundreds of completed signings, including purchases, refinances, HELOCs, second mortgages, reverse mortgages, seller packages, commercial loans, loan modifications, and RON/hybrid closings. I'm NNA Certified, background screened, and carry E&O insurance.

Title and escrow officers can count on me to arrive prepared and on time, and to return a complete, error-free package. I walk borrowers through each document clearly and patiently so closings run smoothly for everyone at the table.

What you can expect:
- Prompt confirmation and communication from assignment to drop-off
- Careful review of every page for signatures, initials, dates, and notarial wording before I leave the table
- Dual-tray laser printing of eDocs, plus scanbacks when requested
- Same-day return of documents (FedEx/UPS drop-off)
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Proudly serving most of the Tampa Bay area.

I truly enjoy being part of such an important moment in people's lives, whether it's a first home, a fresh start, or a new chapter. I believe every borrower deserves a calm, friendly, and professional experience at the table, and that's what I bring to every signing.
