I have successfully completed over 500 loan signings, officiated weddings, certified immigration documents and served as a General Notary for many document signings including POAs, Living Wills, Advanced Directives, Automobile/Boat Title Documents, and Parental Permission Documents. I am also a Certified Trust Delivery Agent.
