My name is Domino Delice and I have been a Notary Loan Signing Agent July 12, 2022. I have taken the National Notary Association's Certified Signing Agent Exam and I have also continued my education with the Loan Signing System where I have completed certification. Because of my training, I am comfortable with Purchases, Cash Purchases, Simultaneous Closings, Sales, Refinances, VA Loans, FHA Loans, and Reverse Mortgages. I just recently began my career as a loan signing agent, but I have over 8 years experience as a Real Estate Title Examiner working for Fidelity National Title Group and also have been a Florida Realtor for over 2 years so I am extremely familiar with multiple loan documents.
I entered this industry because I love working with people and truly enjoy making sure things get done right. I am detail oriented, professional, punctual and I know how to guide customers due to my many years of working in customer service.
