To ensure that I don’t miss any signatures, dates, and initials I meticulously go over each and every document (ex: Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003) from top to bottom and review it twice in front of the client, and once afterwards in my car before I drive off.

I understand that there is a lot depending on me getting it right the first time. Therefore, on the rare occasion, a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP.

Communication is highly important to me. I will keep you updated on all steps in the process from the time I arrive at the client to the time I drop the documents at FedEx/ UPS.
