• Being professional, prompt, accurate and following through on each appointment.
• Proper ID verification and screening of signers and the proper notarization of documents.
• Ensuring there are no blank spaces and no missed signatures, initials, dates or stamps on documents.
• The time sensitivity and completeness of critical loan docs.
• Scanbacks and immediate mailing of loan packages (and stipulations) via overnight delivery.
• Fixing any errors within two hours or less.
• Communicating with appropriate [signing service] points of contact with any questions, concerns and appointment updates.
