My name is Brianna Hill and I'm a mobile signing agent in the Tallahassee FL area. I wanted to introduce myself to let you know I'm available for any closings you may need a notary for in the near future.

I offer unique experience as both a licensed realtor and closing coordinator, and therefore understand the importance of ensuring all documents are fully executed correctly. I have extensive experience handling purchase packages, refinances, seller packages and more. As a closing coordinator I have personally processed and closed over a hundred files successfully.

The hours I'm availiable for signings is between: 11am-2pm & 5pm-9pm during the week and anytime on weekends. I'm fully insured and have attached my proof of bond for your reference. I also have access to a high quality printer/scanner.
