That’s why I always conduct signings with the degree of professionalism and detail that best represents your company. I’m educated in loan signing and real estate terminology, and I always familiarize myself with each signer’s unique package before conducting a signing. During signings, I give your client a clear and concise explanation of every document in their package. I triple check my work for all signatures, dates, initials and notarizations, and I maintain communication with all parties involved to ensure every signing runs smoothly. I’ll take care of printing all the documents for the signing, and will have the completed package delivered or shipped to you on the same day as the closing.
