As a Loan Signing System graduate, I am a Loan Signing Agent who is also NNA trained and certified.

I travel frequently between Jacksonville and Tampa, so I am available to do signings in both cities, and their surrounding areas. My specialty is early morning signings to assist your clients who would like to get their signings done before they go to work. I am available to be at their homes, or your office, as early as 5 am in some cases, as long as I receive their documents the day before.

I am known for my attention to detail, and will triple check all documents, especially key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly. I return documents promptly, and fix any rare mistakes ASAP.

I carry a $7,500 Florida bond, $25,000 Errors and Omissions Insurance, $25,000 Florida RON Bond and have completed and passed my background check.
