Experienced with seller docs, buyer loan and refinance, buyer cash docs, HELOC, reverse mortgage docs, loan modifications and loan applications. I am very communicative with each company I work with; keeping them up to date throughout the signing process.

I know certain aspects are very important to allow a smooth process so here are a few things to expect of me:
- Will arrive to appointments on time and will will contact the signer if running late
- Will notarize at the signing
- Will not rush or pressure the signers to sign or provide legal advise
- Will drop docs on time for next day delivery
- Will scan back as requested
- Will not print docs double-sided
- Will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the docs
- Will correct any errors and address any issues that may come up immediately

- Willing to travel 35 miles from my local area
