I'm a full-time NNA certified Signing Agent available Monday through Sunday 8am - 8pm with a flexible schedule. I serve Hillsborough, Pasco and Polk counties. Commissioned since 2009 and hold seven years of industry experience to include: pre/post-purchase counseling, HUD compliance and fraud investigation. Over the duration of my career, I’ve witnessed closings as support for my clients and on other occasions as the Signing Agent for contracted orders.

I have experience with full purchase closings, refinances and seller's packages. I'm properly equipped with a mobile scanner and able to provide scan backs from the closing table.
