I am a Mobile Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent in the Tampa Bay Area. I have an extensive background in the mortgage industry with over 5 years in Real Estate Closings. I started out as a Loan Processor with one of the top mortgage companies in the United States, and I ended that career with the same company as a Loan Closer during the fall of the mortgage industry in 2010. Although I have not recently worked within the industry, I am very knowledgeable in what is needed for closing and the importance of accurate documentation within the loan package. I have also kept up to date with the training needed as a successful Notary Signing Agent by completing training with Notary2Notary training services and the NNA NSA training program. Real Estate is a passion of mine and I have continued to follow and update myself with the changing policies and laws within the mortgage industry over the years.
