A signing full of errors or an incomplete one can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow or give everyone involved a migraine. That is why I don't ever miss any dates, initials, or signatures and I actually guide your borrowers through all the important docs. I am an impartial notary, but not an uneducated notary.
