After working in real estate for the past 5 years as a transaction coordinator to most recently as an assistant closer to a real estate attorney, I was able to become a loan signing agent. With the knowledge, I have obtained in-office and through extensive training, I can successfully walk a borrower through a Purchase Package, Refinance, Reverse Mortgage, HELOC, and for the seller a Seller's Package.
Taking the time to explain to the signer what was agreed upon by showing them the answer to their questions on the loan documents as well as communicating their concerns to the right point of contact, if they have any questions.
I verifying all the information and address all concerns before, during, and after the signing to all parties involved - builds trust, and assures a smooth signing.
