My checklist for providing excellence service:
Before Signing:
will not print docs double-sided
will scanback as requested
At Signing:
arrive at appointments on time and will contact the signer if running late
will not rush or pressure the signers to sign or provide legal advice
will notarize at the signing
will notarize only if we witness the signer signing the documents
explain you understand what a non-borrowing spouse is
After Signing:
will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the docs
will drop docs on time for next day delivery for all closing finished by 4 pm
