I have been a Tampa Bay resident since 2008. I am available upon short notice for any type of notarial act. I have completed over 1000 signings. My closing experience includes: conventional, FHA, VA, HECM, HELOC, RESPA, reverse mortgages, purchases, refinances, investment and rental properties, interest only, construction, buyer/seller outside of the U.S., structured funding and RV loans. My Notary Signing Agent certification was completed through the Professional Association of Notaries Public. Notary Services at my office are by appointment only. I am also experienced with I-9 forms, background investigations and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability documents. As a career in Financial Services professional, I am counted upon to provide professional services. I handle and protect highly confidential documents and sensitive information on a daily basis. Becoming a Notary Public was a natural transition. I never leave the table before double checking the documents. I am a full time notary that can travel at request.
