I have over three years as a Notary Public Signing Agent. I previously worked as a mortgage broker and loan processor. I also have customer service and social worker experience. I really enjoy working with people and assisting them towards their goals. I service the following counties: Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas and Polk. I would consider traveling to other counties for an additional travel fee. I have completed over 1500 signings to include Refinances, Purchases, Seller-side Closings, Cash Purchases, Real Estate Investments Loans, HELCOs, Loan Modifications, Reverse Mortgages, Loan Applications, Warranty Deeds, Subordination and Satisfactions, I-9 Documents, Notice of Commencements, and many other miscellaneous signings.
