I am a honorably discharged U.S. Navy veteran. I served for 7 years. I am outgoing, kind and respectful. I am well spoken and I have great customer service skills. I have been to over 14 different countries so I have experienced many different cultures other than my own. Last year I became a Notary Public here in the state of Florida. After gaining experience I wanted more. So I studied the NSA platform developed by NNA.I went through the program. I found myself in a tight situation....I didn't feel well enough trained. After some research I enrolled in the Loan Signing System program by Mark Wills. This training was in depth, both written and recorded training videos. This is what I was looking for. It gave me the confidence to except my first signing. Now I am a certified NSA from NNA and LSS. I love it! It took some studying but I knew I could do it. In the Navy I was an aircraft administrator. I was responsible for the aircraft log books, repair manuals and maintenance records. It is there I learned the attention to detail required to be an NSA. I carry a portable portable table I can use at the clients home in the open air. With Covid-19 I would think most borrowers may prefer that. I have all the supplies to ensure a clean work environment. Face masks, hand sanitizers, alcohol sprays for table tops and pens. Being prior military gave me the keys to meet the challenges of an NSA. Time management, attention to detail and respect.
