Hello my name is Amanda L. Jefferson. My husband and I moved from New York seven years ago to The Villages, Fl. My eighty eight year old mother moved with us and I have worked from home so that I could take care of her. I took inbound customer service calls from home so that I could take care of my mother. Since my mother’s passing I now have the opportunity to work outside of my home. I worked for United Airlines for eighteen years in the Special Service division. Special Services representative handled United Airlines high yield customers who signed over one million dollar contracts to fly on United Airlines. I worked very closely with our Sales department to meet all of the needs the airline clients might have. I have worked in the airlines industry over twenty five years in the customer service division working at JFK and Newark airport. Understanding the needs and handling customers is very important for any company and to have an individual like myself will be an asset.
