Prior to that role, Cynthia served as President of Fidelity Reverse Mortgage, LLC’s Florida office—a division of Fidelity Reverse Mortgage based in Denver, Colorado—where she led regional growth and specialized in senior lending solutions.

Her earlier career includes 20 years in radio management and sales in Denver, Colorado, where she built a reputation for innovation, audience engagement, and market development. Cynthia’s professional journey reflects a unique blend of communication expertise and financial acumen.

She is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in sales and sales management, marketing, event planning, and pricing negotiation. In 2022, she became a licensed Florida State Notary, further expanding her professional credentials and commitment to service. She has resided in The Villages, FL since 2007 with her husband. She enjoys traveling, cooking and gardening.
