My software can convert any type of file or scanned image into a pdf document that i can return to you via e-mail or fax. The borrower's copy of the documents are placed in a leather styled legal size pocket folder (no loose docs) which is very impressive.
I travel with a gps, a laptop with internet broadband,and an i.D. Document scanner/printer. I always make a copy of the borrowers i.D. And return it with the signed documents.
