I am a Florida-commissioned Notary Public with eight years of experience and a recently NNA-Certified Notary Signing Agent, bringing an established background in real estate, land development, and legal document notarizations.

In my professional role with a national homebuilder and real estate developer, I regularly notarize documents associated with land acquisitions, real estate closings, and development transactions. My experience includes quitclaim deeds, warranty deeds, special warranty deeds, powers of attorney, affidavits, subdivision plats and Mylar documents, Notices of Commencement (NOCs), permitting documents, and other real estate-related instruments.

My professional background has strengthened my attention to detail, understanding of document execution requirements, commitment to confidentiality, and ability to manage time-sensitive transactions.

Having recently earned my NNA Loan Signing Agent certification, I am excited to expand my established notarial experience into mortgage loan signings. I am committed to following lender and title company instructions, providing a professional signing experience, and ensuring documents are executed accurately and returned promptly.

I take pride in being dependable, organized, and professional, and I look forward to establishing trusted relationships with title companies, escrow officers, lenders, and signing services.
