I have 7 years experience as a Notary and Signing Agent to which I have notarized over 1000 loans, 18 years as a Real Estate Agent/Broker, 23 years as a Paralegal, I am familiar with most real estate and legal document to which I can explain and notarize.

I have 10 years experience as a Florida Licensed Real Estate Agent and Broker with both commercial and residential experience in a variety of avenues such as lease, foreclosures, bank owned, short sales for both buyers and sellers. I am able to understand, explain and Notarize these documents.

I am familiar with POA, Heath Care Surrogate, Weddings and Divorce etc and will make myself available to notarize those documents.
