As your signing agent, I am an extension of your company by default. I take that responsibility very seriously. My goal is to ensure that your borrower has a great experience, to make you look good and make your job easier. A bad signing agent can create a huge expense to a title agency in many ways. In what is typically an emotional experience for the buyer/seller, all the steps in the processing of a loan are critical. The signing agent/closer is unique in their importance as they are typically face to face with the borrower in the final steps of the process. The ability of the signing agent to connect with the borrower has a direct impact on the impression of the entire process. If that face to face connection is problematic, regardless of how good the prior parts of the loan process have been this will have a significant impact and leave a negative impression.

My appearance, professionalism, knowledge, timeliness, flexibility and ability to connect with the borrower are important elements in what the borrower feels/thinks of the process overall. A professionally dressed personable individual will have a much different impression than a curmudgeon.

You need an individual that is a positive representative of your company. A professional not only to fit the above description but provide the service you require on the back end of the closing - update notifications, scan backs, willingness and urgency in correcting any items that need correction etc.

I review the documents prior to the appointment for potential printing errors or other issues. At the end of the signing, I painstakingly go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I also triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly. If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will do whatever takes to fix it for you ASAP. Upon completion of the signing, the documents will be promptly returned via the method of your choice. I will keep you informed throughout the whole process. You can be confident that you have a quality signing with me.

I am RON Certified, NNA (National Notary Association), LSS (Loan Signing System) trained and certified with
background check, $1,000,000 E&O insurance and a $25,000 bond. I have over 30 years of real estate industry experience and I am available for signings in the Florida Counties of Palm Beach Martin, St. Lucie and Broward. I will travel further if needed.
