I will arrive promptly for all appointments and be prepared to make the signing complete by ensuring that all signatures, dates and initials are complete and properly filled out. I am a Licensed Realtor, so I am familiar with the documents that are being signed and have attended many closings. I will return all documents as requested and keep you updated.
