I guide your borrowers through all of the important docs: Closing Statement, Note, Deed, & CD. I understand that I have to be impartial, but not uneducated.

An incomplete signing or one full of errors can cost a mortgage rate lock, a close of escrow, and overall headaches for everyone. I don’t miss dates, signatures, initials, or stamps when applicable. I ensure the signer fills out the forms completely including the PCOR, NRTC, Statement of Info., Trust Certifications, & Disbursements of Proceeds. I don’t miss the top signature line on the 1003, or the top of the second page of the FHA or VA Loan Application. Those are just a few common errors from other signing agents that you can avoid by choosing me to be your preferred LSA.
