Hello. I'd like to start by stating that I am NNA certified and have taken Mark Wills' "Loan Signing System" (LSS). Because of these courses I am confident that hiring me for your signing needs will ensure the borrower(s) have a professional experience with a knowledgeable Loan Signing Agent. First, details are important to me. I know time is of the essence, therefore; I will be double and triple checking the dates, initials, stamps, and signatures are correct and all there. As I know this will allow me to send packages back promptly and not hold up processing, due to having to correct mistakes. Next, If on any rare occasion I should make a mistake I understand that it is mines to make right and I will do so as soon as possible.
