I’m a loan signing agent Trained & Certified through NNA $100MM E&O Insurance. I’m capable of completing mobile notarization and I have a flexible schedule which allows me to accept last minute appointments (including weekends and holidays).

I will arrive to appointments on time and will contact the signer if running late. I will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the documents and will provide scanbacks as requested.

I will triple check all documents for signatures, dates and initials. A comprehensive summary of each document will be provided, in which more specific questions will be directed back to the Signing Service and /or Lender.

I can travel to Miami and surrounding areas such as Miami Gardens, North Miami Beach, North Miami, Miami Shores, Miramar, Hollywood, and Fort Lauderdale etc.

I will ensure your clients have an excellent closing experience and feel satisfied upon completion of their signings.
