I have been a chef, opening and running, hiring and firing, various kitchens for the last ten years. I was also a personal assistant and chef for a singer named "Barry Ivan White," in Mexico for almost a year. These jobs gave me organizational skills, ability to read quickly, and proficiency in assessing a problem and executing a solution on the spot. The show must go on! My mother was a notary as well and when I was a child I used to help her print and organize documents. It was only time that I pursued the same thing and what better time then now, since I have taken a break from the kitchen. I am available everyday anytime throughout the tri-county area. I am a light sleeper and have an at home office to take advantage.
