I have been a Realtor for 20 years. I have attended every one of my closing that involve financing. Although I recently completed my NSA certification, I am familiar with loan docs through my experience as a Realtor. I am also familiar with sales contracts that are generated for electronic signature. I am currently enrolled in a Spanish continuing education class. I have a minor in Spanish from college but I want to brush up. I am most comfortable working in Broward County, North Dade County and Southern Palm Beach County
