I have been in the world of construction going on 21 years now where I obtained my Notary for the sake of Lien Waivers and Permit Applications. I have taken it a step further with the selling and buying market and went all the way to Mobile NSA. Due to the worlds recent endeavors showing that anything can be done over the internet, I am also a Remote Oline Notary. My ultimate goal is to learn and master Loan Signings and become a Closing Agent, but have yet to find a teacher.
