I have been a signing agent for the last 18 years, a mortgage broker 26 yrs. I have a vast knowledge of mortgage documents(Forward, Reverse, VA, FHA, FNMA, etc) I am no longer active in mortgages, I work full time doing contract closings. I am willing to travel on a case by case basis and will always try to pull my companies out of a tight situation when they get a last minute closing. I have E&O of $100,000.00, NNA certified and background screened. Quality, timeliness, loyalty and professionalism are the rules I live by.
