I am a notary from the Central Florida area, I have been notarizing closing documents mobile for 3 years now and have been notarizing closing documents online for 1 year. I have had access to the real estate world since a kid for my Dad owns a title company in South Florida. I am an intermediate Spanish speaker, I can comprehend but sometimes have issues finding the right words to respond with. I currently have a team of about 4 in-house witnesses and 1 Spanish translator at request. I currently work at a law-firm and am studying to become a lawyer in the future.
