I have handled multiple signings with POA and/or Trust signers. My areas of coverage are: 50 mile circumference from zip code 32097 in N. Florida. As a former CEO of a Government Services contracting company with nearly 1,000 employees performing services in 11 different states generating $85M in annual revenue I am extremely customer focused, detail oriented and adept at meeting deadlines in a timely manner. I believe that communication is paramount for a perfect outcome. All documents will be meticulously double checked for accuracy and completeness. I will ensure that key documents such as 1003's and Notice of Right to Cancel are completed properly to avoid creating any Funding Conditions. All scan back requirements will be performed immediately upon completion of each signing event with a mobile scanner. Documents will be returned promptly through the prescribed shipping channel.
