I was an Escrow Officer working with the top 2 builders in the nation for the last 7 years and currently am a full-time Mobile Notary. My position included working with all parties from start to finish - balancing the CD with the Lender, preparation of closing packages, deposited escrow funds and balanced all escrow related accounts with the lender to close out the file, and recorded all documents post-closing, which included the Deed, Mortgage, Affidavits, and Power of Attorney. Communicated with the Borrower/Seller, Lender, Builder, Realtor, and Signing Services throughout the process. Scan/emailed signed docs to the Lender/Title as requested and mailed overnight via FedEx or UPS immediately.

Have completed over 2,000+ closings. I cover North Fulton, Forsyth, Hall, Gwinnett, and Cobb counties in the Atlanta, Georgia metro area. My experience includes Refinances for out of state properties, Purchases, Buyer and Seller packages, HELOCs, Deeds, Power of Attorney documents, Trusts, I-9 Verification, and Wills.
Prior to being an Escrow Officer, I was a Real Estate investor/Property Manager for 28 rental units for 18 years, which I owned and have sold. I am very familiar with real estate documents, as I have been on both sides as a Buyer and Seller. During this time, I also worked full-time as a Project Manager and Systems Analyst for software engineering corporations in the Professional Services department. My degree is BS Computer Science.
