Although I am a relatively new signing agent, I am fully trained, field-tested, and have gained hands-on experience working alongside attorneys and seasoned notary signing agents during live closings in my role as a witness.

I understand that incomplete signings can lead to rate-lock extensions and missed funding deadlines, which is why I carefully review every document to ensure all signatures, initials, and dates are completed before leaving the table.

I am experienced with a variety of loan documents, including refinances, purchases, HELOCs, seller packages, loan modifications, reverse mortgage applications, and debt consolidation signings.
