I double and triple-check documents to avoid errors and omissions in every signing as I understand I’m an extension of you. Trust Certification, Top Signature of 1003, Statement of Information, and NRTC will come back completed correctly the first time. I understand the importance of getting loan documents back the same day and I prioritize document drops over the next appointment. I’m aware of all the FedEx drop-offs in my area and promise to scan back when required in the way you/the client requests it. I can even deliver documents to the loan/escrow offices if needed to avoid funding conditions and missed rate locks. I’m not picky about appointment times and I know the importance of serving the signer at a time that best suits their schedule, so you can count on me during normal business hours, evening and weekend appointments as well as long-distance signings. I’m never late and I’m careful to leave enough time in between signings to be sure I can keep up with impeccable timing.
