In preparation of each appointment, I review the printing instructions to ensure that documents are printed on the correct sized paper and single sided. You will receive status updates for the duration of the loan signing process. During the appointment, if a signer is unsure of something, I leverage appropriate contact as I do not provide legal advice or opinion on loan documents. As a service provider, I am committed to consistently providing stellar customer service. After each appointment, I promptly complete necessary fax/scanbacks or return documents in accordance with the instructions. I ship documents the same day via Fedex or UPS. For each assignment, I uphold client security and privacy of sensitive information. I will readily correct any mistakes within the loan package if such an event occurs. Purchase Packages, Debt Reconciliation Packages, Reverse Mortgages, Refinances, Seller's Package are examples of documents that I will handle appropriately.
